Leather-Shop offers the following Returns Policy:
Item must be sent back within: 30 Days the sooner we get the item the sooner we start making the new item.
Refund will be given as: Exchange (these are custom made items we cannot give refunds)
Return shipping will be paid by: Customer pays return shipping to us and also the shipping for the exchange.
Return policy details: Buyer pays return shipping, there are no refunds on shipping. All exchanges are sent to my North York, Ontario Canada address, contact me for return shipping information.
