Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Every item is made to order and takes roughly 10-15 business days to make. Shipping also takes about 10 Business days because all our items have to pass through customs when leaving our overseas factory. So please dont ask about order status before 3 weeks because it just causes delays. If you have not gotten your item after 3-4 weeks then contact us and we will try to forward you a tracking # at that time.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Shipping is Free anywhere worldwide, we use DHL courier.
